GST will be charged at the current Singapore rate of 7%.

If you cancel your registration in writing by Saturday 21 June 2014, your fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After Saturday 21 June 2014, all registrants who cancel prior to the Conference or who do not attend the Conference forfeit their entire registration fee. Registrations are however transferable (see Substitution of Delegates Policy below). Should you have extenuating circumstances, you can submit your cancellation or substitution request to:

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by email to The substituted delegate must be from the same organization as the cancelled delegate. There can only be up to one (1) substitution per delegate.

Please note that an administrative fee of S$150 applies if the request for substitution is received after Saturday 21 June 2014. Please note, only cash and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.

Payment should preferably be processed online by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa) during the registration process.

Please note that payment by bank transfer is possible only until Saturday 21 June 2014. If your bank transfer is arranged after Saturday 21 June 2014, please send a copy of the transfer advice to and bring your proof of payment to the Assisted Registration desk onsite.

Payment by cheque is possible only until Wednesday 18 June 2014. If you are paying by cheque, please note that the cheque must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the registration pass selected. ONLY cash and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.

Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird deadline in order to receive the Early Bird pricing.

If you purchase two (2) or more Delegate registration passes at the same time you will automatically receive a S$75 discount per attendee registration. To receive the Group Purchase Discount, you will be required to purchase a minimum of two (2) Delegate passes using one (1) credit card in a single transaction. At the time of purchase you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin their registration process.

It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of visa requirements. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Delegate registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, RSA® Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 will not contact embassies and consulates on
behalf of visa applicants.

To receive an invitation letter for the RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014, delegates must first register and pay the registration fees in full. They can then contact to request for the invitation letter.

If the delegate is not granted his/her visa, the registration fees will be reimbursed (less S$150 administrative fee) if, and only if, he/she provides with an official document from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore, showing the visa rejection and that the application was made at least one month (Sunday 22 June 2014) before RSA 
Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014.

Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014, and all related events including the networking event on Tuesday, 22 July 2014. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Conference Management.

In the event that RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 is cancelled, delegates will be refunded the registration fee they’ve paid. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the delegate.

RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some Conference activities. RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014. We reserve the right to escort any individual from RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 if they are reported to be soliciting in the Exhibition and are not an RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 sponsor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor.
