Know Before You Go

Here are some tips and highlights that will help you make the most of your time at RSA Conference 2017 Abu Dhabi. Be sure and check our Daily Addendum for important updates to the Program Guide.

Before you arrive...

Tap into convenience. Download our mobile app to build your schedule, check out venue maps and exhibitor listings, submit session evaluations and more.

Save a spot in the sessions of your choice. Our convenient Reserve a Seat feature lets you head to the Conference knowing you’ll have access to the content that’s most relevant to your needs.

Get to know your surroundings. Make the most of your time in Abu Dhabi by exploring the local attractions.

Prepare to be on the move. Taxis are readily available at Abu Dhabi Airport and Emirates Palace. A metered taxi from the airport to the hotel should cost between AED70–100 and will take about 30 minutes.

When you arrive...

Make it official! Head to the Foyer Island Center (Level 3) to register. Be sure to bring a government-issued photo ID to collect your badge.

Registration hours:
Monday: 13.00 – 17.00 hrs  
Tuesday: 08.00 – 17.00 hrs  
Wednesday: 08.00 – 16.00 hrs

Get connected. Wireless Internet access will be available throughout the RSA Conference space within the venue. Please connect to SSID “RSAConference”.

Important! The wireless network provided is an open, unsecured network. We strongly recommend that you use appropriate security measures, such as utilizing a VPN connection, installing a personal firewall and keeping your operating system up to date with security patches. We recommend turning off your wireless adaptor when not in use and making sure ad hoc (peer-to-peer) capabilities are disabled on your devices.
