RSA Conference 365 Webcasts, Virtual Seminars, Innovation Showcases and Top-Rated Sessions (“Virtual Events”) are virtual learning experiences that take place throughout the year. These Registration Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are made by and between RSA Conference LLC (“RSA Conference”) and registrant. By registering you consent to these Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Statement and Code of Conduct set forth below. All written notices and requests, including requests for a copy of this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Statement and Code of Conduct must be sent to RSA Conference at information@rsaconference.com.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Registrant substitutions are not allowed without the prior written consent of RSA Conference. If you cannot attend and would like to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact RSA Conference at information@rsaconference.com. If a substituted individual attends with an original registrant’s credentials, the original registrant may be held responsible for code of conduct violations made by the substituted individual, including export control violations.
AGE LIMITATION
All registrants must be at least 18 years of age to attend Virtual Events.
PAYMENT
Virtual Events are free, $0 events, thus no monetary payment will be collected. Registration will require you to provide your business contact information.
AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Video and audio recording of the Virtual Event content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from RSA Conference. The Virtual Event content will generally be available to you within two days of the Virtual Event unless there is an unforeseen problem that delays posting.
Recording Disclaimer:
By registering for this Virtual Event, you hereby irrevocably grant RSA Conference its affiliates, agents, and licensees, the right, but not the obligation, to record your avatar, likeness, voice, and/or username and to own, license, assign, and use the same (or any portion) in the production, exhibition, and promotion of RSA Conference events, products, and services without compensation, in any media and on any platform now known or hereafter devised (including the Internet) throughout the universe in perpetuity. You waive the right to bring action of any kind in law or equity against RSA Conference.
UNAUTHORIZED INTERCEPTION OF DIGITAL DATA
Any unauthorized effort to intercept digital data is strictly prohibited.
Examples of this are:
- Collecting electronically transmitted data without consent of the owner of that data.
- Collecting electronically transmitted data with consent of the data owner, but under fictitious pretenses.
This includes but is not limited to the following technologies used when collecting data under deceptive or nonconsensual means:
- RFID/radio-frequency identification
- NFC/Near-field communication
- Bluetooth wireless technology
- Wi-Fi technology
ADMITTANCE
In its sole discretion, RSA Conference reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Virtual Event anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or any other attendee.
RSA Conference shall, where applicable, provide any technology and/or Virtual Event-related services in accordance with applicable laws. As such, RSA Conference may prohibit any company or individual from a restricted country or territory from registration. All decisions are in RSA Conference’s sole discretion and shall be considered final and without liability to RSA Conference.

The views expressed by any RSA Conference attendee, speaker, or Sponsor are not necessarily those of RSA Conference. All Virtual Event attendees, speakers, and community partners are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporate presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online Web content.
By registering for a Virtual Event, you agree that RSA Conference may share your contact data with the sponsors of that Virtual Event (if applicable). You will then be subject to the communications and privacy policies of that entity and should opt-out with them directly.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct available at https://www.rsaconference.com/about/code-of-conduct#virtual. Event organizers will enforce this code and expect cooperation from all Virtual Event participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, media, sponsors, volunteers) to help promote a safe and enjoyable Virtual Event experience for everyone.
FORCE MAJEURE
RSA Conference shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of RSA Conference or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, RSA Conference may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability on the part of RSA Conference. In the event the Virtual Event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, RSA Conference shall not be liable to registrant for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
THESE TERMS
RSA Conference reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without notification. The updated Registration Terms and Conditions will be posted on the RSA Conference website.
