BoF: When Push Comes to Shove: Managing Strong Personalities in a Cyber Incident

Tuesday, Jun. 7, 2022
9:40 AM - 10:30 AM PT
Moscone West Level 2 - Fourth Alcove

In a crisis, who makes the decisions: The senior person? The expert? The self-appointed hero? It's critical to remove the emotion. Yet our biases, office politics and fears too often drive. Let's discuss how to identify bias refraction, establish a decision-formula and harness human potential. This session will follow Chatham House Rule to allow for free exchange of information and learning. We look forward to participants actively engaging in the discussion and remind attendees that no comment attribution or recording of any sort should take place. This is a capacity-controlled session. If added to your schedule and your availability changes, please remove this session from your schedule to allow others to participate.
