Julie Bowen

Julie Bowen is Senior Vice President, Operations, Outreach and Chief Legal Officer of the MITRE Corporation. She also oversees global security, ethics and enterprise risk management. Bowen, with deep knowledge and experience in cybersecurity and intellectual property, joined MITRE in 2006. She held senior positions in the private sector including Chief Legal Counsel of DHL Global Mail, and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of several public technology companies in the Northern Virginia area. She is a Board Director on WidePoint Corporation and serves on the advisory board of Manetu, Inc. Bowen received her BA and JD from the Catholic University.
