Jamil Jaffer is the Founder & Executive Director of the National Security Institute at GMU Law School and VP for Strategy & Partnerships at IronNet Cybersecurity, a tech startup founded by Gen (ret.) Keith Alexander, the former Director of NSA and Founding Commander of US Cyber Command. Jamil is also an advisor to Beacon Global Strategies; 4iQ, a deep/dark web intelligence startup; Duco, a tech platform startup for geopolitical experts; and Amber, a digital authentication startup. Jamil also serves on CNAS’s Artificial Intelligence and National Security Task Force and on the FDD Cyber-Enabled Economic Warfare Initiative’s Board of Advisors. Jamil is affiliated with Stanford University’s Center for International Security & Cooperation and is a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution.
