Jason Rader, Chief Security Strategist, RSA, The Security Division of EMC
Branden Williams, CTO Marketing, RSA, The Security Division of EMC

Companies dipping their toes into the world of Big Data analytics are getting to the point where they know just enough to be dangerous. They don’t have the Data Scientist DNA built in to their companies, so they hire experts to analyse data. As companies start to tackle the use of predictive analytics, they must understand the process of deriving and securing value from big data.

Jason Rader is the Chief Security Strategist for RSA Global Services. He is charged with managing the strategic planning process and working with clients to develop solutions for security related business problems. These solutions typically include governance, strategy, architecture, and operational elements and, in most organizations, are driven by the senior and executive management teams.

Branden Williams, CTO Marketing, RSA, has over fifteen years of experience in technology and information security with a formidable background in the majority of the technologies that drive today’s businesses. After spending the first several years of his career working with education institutions and internet service providers to secure their infrastructures, Branden co-founded an IT consulting business. Upon acquisition, Branden worked with several of the acquiring firm’s portfolio companies to enable secure growth. Branden was also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dallas’s Graduate School of Management where he taught in their NSA Certified Information Assurance program. He publishes regularly in the ISSA Journal, on his blog, and was recently named a fellow of the ISSA.
