Cybersecurity in a World of Borders

Most people describe cyberspace as a place with few borders: great for commerce and the free flow of information, but challenging for security. Actually, it is more useful to think of cyberspace as a place that is all borders and no interior. This reality has profound implications for how we organize a society to protect ourselves in cyberspace.
