Thomas Ruoff

Tom Ruoff has been in the information assurance/cybersecurity for over 17 years and is currently a Program Analyst in the DHS/NPPD/CS&C Enterprise Program Management Office, focusing on the EO-PPD efforts related to performance goals and enterprise security enhancements. Previously Ruoff held positions including Lead, Cyber-Physical Consequence Modeling and Analysis Effort in the Infrastructure Protection Office, focusing on critical infrastructure sectors, developed the methods and means for determining cyber-physical risks and consequences of the Nation critical infrastructure for the modeling and analysis organization within DHS. His past assignments within in DHS include the Director of Cybersecurity Education Office and program manager for Einstein 3.
