James Kaplan

Expert Principal, McKinsey

James Kaplan is a Principal in McKinsey & Company’s Business Technology Office in New York City. Kaplan leads McKinsey’s Infrastructure & Cyber-security practice and is a core member of the financial services practice. He convenes the Chief Infrastructure Technology Executives Roundtable (CITER), the Cyber-Security roundtable and the Health Care Information Risk Working Group. He received an A.B. in History from Brown University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been quoted on infrastructure strategy in Optimize, CIO, Forbes, Fast Company and other business and technology publications.
