Director, Global Cybersecurity Policy, Information Technology Industry CouncilDanielle Kriz leads the Information Technology Industry Council’s work advancing the high-tech industry’s positions on cybersecurity policy issues domestically and abroad. In particular, Kriz works to encourage governments around the world—including the U.S. government—to leverage the considerable work industry is doing to improve cybersecurity and to follow globally accepted policy approaches that meet security needs while facilitating interoperability, innovation and a global marketplace. She currently focuses on cybersecurity policies in China, India, Europe and the United States. She has 17 years of experience working in government and industry on high-tech policy issues, and began tackling cybersecurity-related trade barriers a decade ago when in the U.S. government.
