Terms and Conditions
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend RSA Conference 2014, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $125 administration fee, up to November 15th, 2013. From November 16th, 2013 to January 24th, 2014 you can cancel your registration and receive a 50% refund. After January 24th, 2014 we will not be able to refund your registration if you cancel, however you can make a substitution at any time for a $125 fee. Please see the substitution policy for details. If you don’t attend the Conference and have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail. Please note there will be a $125 processing fee for any substitution.

If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.
Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird and Discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.
GROUP (5+) DISCOUNT
If you purchase five (5) or more Conference registration passes at the same time you will automatically receive a $100 discount per attendee registration. To receive the Group Discount, you will be required to purchase a minimum of five (5) Conference passes using one (1) credit card in a single transaction. At the time of purchase you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin their registration process.
GROUP (20+) DISCOUNT
If you purchase twenty (20) or more Conference registration passes at the same time you will automatically receive a $200 discount per attendee registration. To receive the Group Discount, you will be required to purchase a minimum of twenty (20) Conference passes using one (1) credit card in a single transaction. At the time of purchase you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin their registration process.
CONFERENCE STUDENT/ACADEMIC RATE
Proof of your student/academic standing will be required when you check in on-site. Students must bring a copy of their class schedule showing 12 units or credits and valid student ID. Students must also be at least 18 years old at the time of attendance. Fulltime Professors must bring a valid, accredited university ID. Failure to produce proof of academic status will result in a charge of the full on-site Conference registration fee of $2,595.
CONFERENCE GOVERNMENT RATE
Current full-time employees of U.S. federal, state or local government agencies and current full-time employees of international government agencies will receive $200 off “Conference Pass” registration fees for RSA Conference 2014. To qualify for the discount, you must show your current, valid government identification card during registration check-in. If you are unable to provide valid identification, you will be charged the on-site Conference Pass registration rate of $2,595.
The government discount cannot be combined with any other discount offers.
Government contractors, including contractors working on government “Cost Reimbursable Contracts”, are not eligible for the government discount.

- Government issued Visa, MasterCard or American Express
- Government picture ID
- Military picture ID
- Federally Funded Research Development Corp (FFRDC) ID
Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference, and all related events including the Welcome Reception and the Codebreakers Bash. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Conference Management.
PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
RSA Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some Conference activities. RSA Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
SOLICITING IN THE EXPOSITION
Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Conference 2014. We reserve the right to escort any individual from RSA Conference 2014 if they are reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and are not an RSA Conference 2014 sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.
In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
