Senior Security Architect, Visa
Taeho Kgil is Senior Security Architect for Mobile Applications at Visa. Kgil was a platform security and storage architect in the Intel Ultra Mobility Group for 4 plus years. He was responsible for defining the platform security and storage solution for IA based smartphones. His responsibilities ranged from architecting the security engine hardware to defining the solution stack for mobile commerce. Prior to joining Intel, he briefly worked and consulted for ARM in research initiatives that aligned with their long term vision. He has a Ph.D. and Masters from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from Seoul National University. He is a member of IEEE.
