Ryan Lackey ordered the Rainbow Books from the NSA's NCSC when he was 12. Later, at MIT, implemented a cryptographic digital token blinded currency system, moved to Anguilla to comply with U.S. cryptography export restrictions while developing a free-world JCE provider and digital currency system, and then established HavenCo, a digital datahaven on an island fortress in the North Sea. Later, Lackey established and operated a satellite and wireless ISP in the war zones of Iraq and Afghanistan, and contracted with the U.S. military for IT and communications projects. Now, he is co-founder of Cryptoseal, a cloud security startup in the SF Bay Area, and works with technology startups on security issues.
