The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act has been expanded into a powerful tool for the government and others to sue people for computer "misuse" A recent case involved a prosecution of a person who created a fake MySpace profile because doing so violated the site's terms of service. This session focuses on recent cases under the CFAA, an important topic for anyone working with computers.
