Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Cyber Infrastructure Resilience, U.S. Department of Homeland SecurityMs. Menna leads DHS’ Stakeholder Engagement and Cyber Infrastructure Resilience Division. Her team streamlines cybersecurity coordination and engagement with external partners and delivers risk assessment and mitigation capabilities and expertise. For the past 7 years, Ms. Menna has held increasingly senior cybersecurity positions within DHS. These roles have ranged from building innovative information sharing programs to running the US-CERT, as well as leading national-level policy initiatives. Prior to joining DHS, she held a variety of leadership roles for a large systems integration firm. She received both her M.A. and B.A. from the University of Chicago. She is a graduate of the initial cadre of DHS Fellows and was selected as a member of the Senior Executive Service in 2009.
