REGISTRATION RATES, POLICIES AND CONTACT

This registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use mentioned below. You may request a printed copy of the Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy /Terms of Use, by contacting delegate@rsaconference.com or RSA Conference Europe, RSA House, Western Road, Bracknell, RG12 1RT, U.K.

You can register for RSA Conference Europe 2013 online. Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Complete instructions will be sent to all confirmed attendees approximately ten (10) days prior to the event. Full payment must be received in advance of RSA Conference Europe 2013, no later than Monday 28th October 2013.

VAT will be charged at the current rate of 21%.

The Members Circle discount rate is automatically applied to those who qualify. After 26th July 2013, the current rates will apply.

DISCOUNTS

Only one discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined.

GROUP (2+) REGISTRATION DISCOUNT FOR DELEGATE PASSES

To receive the Group Discount, you will be required to purchase a minimum of two (2) Delegate passes in a single transaction. At the time of purchase, you will be sent, via email, a unique Registration Code that you can distribute to the individuals in your group. Each individual will be required to enter this group Registration Code as they begin the registration process. Group purchases do not qualify for cancellation.

DELEGATE PASS

Delegates have access to all Keynote Sessions, all Track Sessions, all activities in Crypto Commons, Discussion Groups, the Evening Reception on Tuesday 29th October, the Conference bag and access to presentations online.

DELEGATE DAY PASS

If you purchase a Delegate Day Pass, you'll have access to all the activities on the day for which you purchase your pass.

VISITOR PASS

Visitors have access to all activities in Crypto Commons from Tuesday 29th October plus access to Sponsor Briefing sessions and Sponsor Case Study sessions.

ACADEMIC PASS

The academic pass applies only to professors, or students in full-time education at a further education college or university. You must supply proof of your academic standing or student ID when you check-in on-site. Failure to produce proof of your academic credentials will result in a charge of the Onsite Delegate registration rate (€1,295 + VAT).

REGISTRATION PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all Early Bird registrations, payment must be received by 10th August 2013. For all Discount registrations, payment must be received by 12th September 2013. All other payments must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your attendance is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. All fee-paying delegates must pay VAT at 21%. Registration is not considered paid unless VAT has been included with each registration payment. Once payment has been received, a tax invoice will be emailed and also made available for you to print via the website. Please note that all payments must be made in Euros (€).

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

If you cancel your registration in writing by Friday 27th September 2013, your fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After Friday 27th September, no refunds will be given. GUEST TICKETS FOR THE TUESDAY EVENING RECEPTION

Tickets are available to purchase separately for the Evening Reception on Tuesday night for Guests. Tickets for the reception are €60 + VAT each and can be purchased when delegates register. Please note: if delegates purchase a full Delegate pass, attendance at the Tuesday Evening Reception is included.

EVENT CANCELLATION

In the event that RSA Conference Europe 2013 is cancelled, delegates will be refunded the registration fee they've paid. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the delegate.

AGE LIMIT

You must be 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference Europe 2013. Requests for any exceptions to this term must be made in writing to the registration team via email at delegate@rsaconference.com.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

RSA Conference Europe is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit attendees, sponsors and other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some Conference activities. RSA Conference Europe reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

BADGE SCANNING

You may be asked to scan your badge either at Sponsor Demonstration Stations and/or session rooms but please note scanning of your badge is optional.

SOLICITING IN CRYPTO COMMONS

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Conference Europe 2013. We reserve the right to escort any individual from RSA Conference Europe 2013 if they are reported to be soliciting in Crypto Commons and are not an RSA Conference Europe 2013 Sponsor. We encourage attendees to support the paid Sponsors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-Sponsor.
